Lucas has just accepted a job offer for a business analyst position in the Portland area. He is amazing. Not only is this a great offer right out of college in a competitive job market, but he didn’t even study business! He never ceases to amaze me and apparently this company feels the same way.

Now I am diving into a hopefully successful job search. I have until graduation in April to figure it out. Any ideas or connections we welcome. Also advice for apartment hunting is always good too.
Other than an overnight visit for the official interview, Lucas has never really been to Portland and I haven’t either! Crazy we are moving to a new city, with a new culture and a completely new situation being out of school and finally able to work full time. Although I’ve never been there I already feel comfortable calling it home. Are we finally adults now?
We are staying in Provo for our last white winter for the foreseeable future. I sincerely hope we don’t revisit this snowy winter situation. But who knows what the future holds.
