After 3 months of marriage, we finally have our own place. There is something wonderful about having a place to call home and someone you love to share it with.
We live in a basement apartment south of BYU’s campus. It is an old house that has been turned into four small family apartments. Although the ceilings are low and Lucas has to duck a lot, the apartment is more spacious than we expected.

We found out about this place from our friend Tommy and agreed to rent it before we had even gone inside! We were outside of Utah all summer so we sent our dear friend Michelle to check the place out. She approved, so we approved! A comfortable apartment 6 blocks from campus at a very reasonable price is just what we needed!
Today marks one week of living here. It has already started to feel like home.
