Years ago, I responded to an ad for a free photo session at Cannon Beach. Other than our wedding, we had never had “professional” photos taken before so it was fun to get some fresh new photos : ) See photos here. I had no idea a similar opportunity would pop up later!
Recently I saw an ad for an almost free (cheaper than usual) photo session and I jumped on the chance so we could get family photos done with baby Tennyson while he is still a baby! Once I got talking with the out of town photographer she asked if we could meet at Cannon Beach. Ha! I guess this destination is a good one.
The weather was cold, mild but constantly rainy, and super windy. Tennyson was a champ and lasted quite a while before fussing which is impressive because we were all cold and uncomfortable so we know he was too. He wasn’t as smiley as usual, but he stayed indifferent/semi-happy for about 30 minutes while hungry and cold. He’s the best!
