We spent our first full day in Amsterdam on a scooter exploring the farmlands that surround the city. We drove through some adorable little towns and stopped for a while in Edam. The town was having some sort of street fair so we got to sample some fun foods (yummy sausage and aebleskiver type treat) while we stretched our legs. One would think that sitting for hours wouldn’t make you tired but after several hours sitting on the scooter, we were exhausted!

We averaged at least 2 baguettes per day.
