5 Days in Bend, Oregon with the Brook family. The original reason for this trip was for the Brook boys to ski together. That did happen, but they skied less than they planned on so there was time to do other fun things like snow hikes and a visit to Smith Rock. It’s always nice to have a change of scenery and Tenny is just happy to be outside so it was a great trip!

Tennyson loves throwing stuff, specifically rocks, in water. Whenever he sees water he wants to play there, so we spent some time here : )
Lucas’ favorite shoe brand for the last year or so has been Altra’s because they are flat and have a wide toe box. He recently found a used pair for cheap at REI in my size and convinced me to get them. I was hesitant because I didn’t know when I would wear them but it turns out they are my new favorite outdoor shoe. So dang comfortable!

When we’re out of town, closets are the best place to put Tenny’s travel crib because they are usually the darkest spot. Tennyson did a decent job sleeping during this trip but it took a few Lucas rubbing his back until he was completely out sessions.
